Antonio Carlos Jobim is one of Brazil's greatest composers and the founder of bossa nova. Here is a later video of him performing with the queen of bossa, Astrid Gilberto.
Even if you don't know much about bossa nova, I'm sure many of you have heard the wonderful "The Girl from Ipanema" covered by Stan Getz.
In addition to "The Girl from Ipanema," Jobim plays other classic songs such as "Affectionate," "Delicious Water," and "Wave." A great album perfect for the summer.
