Return Policy
If you receive a damaged/defective/missing discs, please report to us immediately (WITHIN 7 DAYS of its delivery to you). We will accept the exchange of the product.
In order to arrange a replacement disc with the manufacturer, we need a video to prove that the disc is indeed defective. Please send a video of the disc not working even after trying to play it on multiple players to our email address.
We do not accept returning items excluding the above-mentioned reason.
