This DVDR was recorded from the stands during the US tour in the fall of 1995, which was the early part of the "Outside Tour" from 1995 to 1996.
Nine Inch Nails participated in this US tour as a supporting act, and the first song on this DVD is their performance, followed by David Bowie appearing and performing five songs with them.
The picture quality is not that good, but there isn't much footage of the early "Outside Tour" so this is a valuable record.
